It was great speaking with Ms. Distasio today. She was very diligent in going through  the questions to determine the characteristics of my house. It is a rather long process and required patience. She was respectful during the complete  process. Much appreciated!

We have been very happy with the service we have received at Will Rogers State Farm Agency. Amber B. and Barbara have been very helpful in moving out policies from another state. Barbara most recently has gone over our homeowners policy to ensure we are up to date on our replacement cost coverage. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. We would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a great insurance office.

I paid $299 for a monthly plan but shortly after moved back to SC and transferred my policy back to South Carolina and I called for a refund and they said yes I can give you a refund. At that point I had already got insurance from State Farm in South Carolina but This location was telling me it wasn’t seen in the system yet so they couldn’t issue the refund. She said I could have the money applied to the account and it would be transferred to my South Carolina account and I told them no I would like a refund. I mentioned this a couple of times and she said OK They can do that once they see that it has transferred in the system. Couple of weeks goes by and I call up today asking where it was and they decided to tell me that it was applied to my account in South Carolina. I don’t know if these people don’t have the capabilities to record phone calls, but they need to get on the ball with that. Never had a problem with the State Farm in South Carolina. Only these people.
